New Exercise Program
We will begin a new
exercise program on
September 7 after the
Triple L meeting. Yes,
after you eat lunch you
can “work it off”.
Exercise and More will
be led by Ann Willard.
This will be an exercise
class, but also we will
have tips on maintaining
a healthy lifestyle. You
will learn ways to keep
your body in top shape
longer. Many of the
exercises are the same
ones you do in physical
therapy. The classes
will meet in the gym
each Tuesday and
Thursday at 1:00 p.m. It
won’t be strenuous, but
it will be beneficial.
So after Triple L on
September 7 join us in
the gym to see what
“Exercise and More” is
all about.
Naomi’s Sisters:
A new ministry for
widows to come together
and share ideas, needs,
and get to know each
other better. This
fellowship/encouragement
group meets on the
second Tuesday of each
month.
“Line dance” Exercise
Class

Meets weekly on Tuesdays
from 6:00-7:30 p.m. in
the Fellowship Hall. The group will
begin learning the steps
slowly and add a little
each week. Come
participate in a fun way
to exercise mind and
body!
