The CDP is located on the first floor of the First Baptist Church Children’s Center – 802 23rd Avenue, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401
In addition to regular care and instruction, we also offer gymnastics, soccer and computer for an additional fee. We often have special guests and events to go along with our units of study or for fun activities. Visitors have included police, fire and rescue personnel; mail carriers and University of Alabama cheerleaders with Big Al.
Our CDP curriculum was written in-house. It is a balance of age appropriate academic activities and Biblical learning for toddlers, twos, threes and fours. Children participate in a variety of learning centers and physical activities. Threes and Fours have Chapel time Monday-Thursday mornings which includes music and a Bible lesson.
