I'm a new guest, how
do I find a Bible Study
or Sunday
School class?
Sunday school
classes at First Baptist
are generally grouped
together according to
age, marital status and
life stage to help you
find a small Bible study
group you can relate to.
Finding a class where
you may fit in is
simple. Just visit one
of our three Welcome
Centers and one of
our greeters will be
happy to escort you to a
class where you'll
connect. The Welcome
Centers are located in
the main Welcome Center
on 8th Street, The
Children's Center main
entrance and inside the
7th Street/Fellowship
Hall entrance.

Bible Studies (Sunday
School classes).
Where Do My Children
Go?
You may bring your
children
(ages birth through 5th
Grade)
to the Children's Center
located across 8th
Street from the
Sanctuary. One of our
greeters at the Welcome
Center will help you
find the classroom for
your child. Enter the
Children's Center at the
main entrance on 23rd
Avenue, and someone will
be there to help you.
For students
(ages 6th grade through
12th grade)
you may bring
them to the Welcome
Center located on 8th
Street. One of our
greeters will help them
find their classroom in
the Student Ministry
Building.
What About Child
Security?
Anyone teaching or
caring for children at
First Baptist are
volunteers who have been
enlisted by our staff
and they have submitted
to and completed our
extensive background
check through our Child
Protection First policy.
Each child is registered
with the Welcome Center
and given a security tag
listing where parents
can be found. The tags
must be checked before a
child is picked up by a
parent or guardian. For
more information about
our child security
policies
